what happened to the share holders of Vanik?

has any one got any idea about it?

Vanik was given windup order, but then what would have happened to the share holders? they didn't get any return during windup process?

hope some experience heads can come up with answers..........

When the market was riding high in 2010, VANIK have expressed some views of re launching, probably with a plan of suck more money from share holders or come up with a new IPO. Then with the market down trend, those news were disappeard.
