CFVF was one of a good share one year ago and it had the reputation as a good dividened paying counter in CSE. Unfortunately it had to face a massive fraud hence declined the company performances with share price, but last two reports shows that the company has recovered from the fraud and returned strongly as a profit making company, So it could be a winning stock in the future at the sametime it is currently being traded at a very good price in comparison with the real value of the company.

Would like to know experts views on this regard...

I know one thing that they hired a qualified Risk Senior manager to the company.

May be to rectify other possible frauds in future. Good move.
They seems cash rich at the movement. But "000" mark is not their in the annual report. B or M.it should be billions.
