These guys are killing an already dying market.
The share holders must boycott such rights issue when the market is weak. You will probably be able to buy the same share cheaper than the rights price in couple of months time if this market extends this negative sentiment.

but after a long time, a rather attractive issue, both price and ratio wise.
It's at a much lower price that the current price and not a huge burden to the shareholders

Yes, this appears to be not an absurd ratio with a too low right price to dilute NAV . This share looks very illquid.Once at Rs 60 now at Rs 20+. Still nothing exceptional though.
