These days foreigners dominates the market.so they will decide whether it's bull or bear.If you look at last Wednesday and Thursday they were on the buying side but they did not like the bull run. They knew that locales will jump into the market hopping for a bull run on Friday and they were on side lines to avoid a possible bull run.Sadly for us they will repeat this game plan again and again until locales come and dominate the market.

Yes they know what to buy and what to sell.

They will decide whether it's bull or bear.
Market itself decide with all the participants sentiment when to be bear or bull. Individual or group can't decide.

Most of the participants who entered in CSE after 2009 are gamblers, they do not want to learn from their mistake. They are the persons who are crying for miracle to happen.

If we take out of 280+ counter there are handful counters gave 30- 40% price increase from last january.

I know personally some made profit with the up and down of CSE.

Crying or critising won't educate us.

[/quote]In a market cycle so called gamblers play their part, without them boom and bust cycles will not take place .I think we can see the same thing in property and commodity markets too. When I entered the market first in late 90,s I did burnt my hands.I still have 2000 vetex shares in my portfolio I bought that time.So that time I was a kind of gambler as you mentioned but not today.I leaned from my mistakes.I belies so called '2009 gamblers' will learn from their mistakes in their own time.We can't rush them to learn and also IT' NOT FARE TO CALL THEM GAMBLERS.

Foreigner's behaviour in CSE is similar to 'suddas behaviour in a local swimming pool.
