Broker Credit ??

Hi Guys,

one of my good friend told me from this month onwards broker credit only for buy shares not for keep holding and you must settle them in T+5. If you are unable to settle this they will sell your shares. Is that true ?

If you want to keep shares on credit you have to go for margin facility (then problem is as i know margin facility only provide for portfolio worth more than 1 mil) So what happen small inverters ?

There are many banks out there who extend a margin facility to investors I know it doesn't have to be over I million it all depends on the relationship you have with the bank and your source of Income etc ... No brokers can extend credit and all credit given during the free run has to be cleared by the end of June .

Thanks! I think It would benefit for everyone you can publish list of banks who give margin facility for small investors.

i never had a margin......but i think PABC,SEYB is good....not sure,i don't know much......
