when original SMLL.N shares get listed as PLC.N
will some of SMLL holders start dumping their PLC shares?

some expert ideas?

-------------------------------------------------------
I am holding PLC bought at a lower level.

If someone knew the answer to that question they would likely be a millionaire and not on this forum.

Obviously its a possibilty but who knows

PLC is now @ 13.50 wit the added shares but one cannot be possibly say that this level is sustainable.
With the increase liquidity, although I didn't calculate, 12 would be a good price imo. But we cannot be certain whether it can come down to that low.
On first day it can trade in various ranges so have to give a little time to consolidate.

what i feel is SMLL had less liquidity than the PLC.
although SMLL was able to move up with market trend, PLC isnt following market trend
its difficult to move the PLC share price.(we have seen lot of foreign action in this share)
and with the current PCL price level anybody who bought SMLL below 40Rs will be in profitable area.
if some wants to get out this would be a good time, if many wants to get out, would it be a bad time for PLC?

i have lot of faith in PLC than most of the shares in CSE Cool

Agreed this is a plausible outcome. The thing is, PLC has already paid Rs1 and will likely pay another 0.75 in June so even at its currently level its grossly undervalued.

SMLL shareholders are in line for a bumper deal provided the PLC share price holds steady, they will be entitled to the dividend plus the premium PLC is paying to buy them out. Here's to hoping the PLC share price holds. Fundamentally its such a strong stock. If I could I would add more to my portfolio but its already too PLC/SMLL heavy to add any more.
