IIFL led by Priyani Rathnagopal who once had a 20% stake in a stock broking company where even Raj Ratnam had a 40% stake in 2009-2010 had fired a junior stock broker less than 24 years after SEC carried out an investigation on the insights of IIFL securities Sri Lanka.

It is reliably learnt that SEC had carried an investigation about IIFL and the said junior stock broker since the same stock broker had been dealing at Asia Capital PLC with an account under him while he has been advising for the IIFL clients -on the stock positions held in his Asia Capital portfolio!

Actually Aubrey, we give way less attention to gossip.. Some sites make it their living by doing it, so correct or incorrect we cannot actually believe what's their say on these topics.

I appreciated your post because I saw some important info in it, which I beleived to be true to some extent, but the forum rule that the source of the info. should be given cannot be violated as it amounts to plagiarism. If the content is your own writing please say so and accept the responsibility. We need to maintain professionalism in the forum.Its not bueraucracy as you feel. If you want to have fun, use entertainment section dedicated for it. Also please refrain from accusing the forum admin as they do voluntary service for common good.

Hapu I din't write the article . Wufette did. I agree we need to maintain professionalism but it's becoming silly when every one jumps at you when you post something . I repeat the Admins and Moderators should set the rules clearly.....No mentioning company names without evidence, very simple that way no one will post . I see so many posts about market going up and down. This company set to boom etc . If the rule is clear and implemented. then we wont have these problems. NOTE A FORUM IS AN EXCHANGE OF IDEAS and OPINIONS. It's not a place for one person to express. I feel no sooner some one posts a gang of two to three people comment and try to make it look like promotion etc.

I'm just repeating this for Wufette & u;

We dont have to bring here lists of shares indicating these are ear-marked... Have u seen I backed CLPL warrants and informed abt CLPL.W14 trading opportunities, and u can see its price now.. C'mon.. wake up.. The share was nothing fundamental but when it came down to that level its no wonder..

Many ppl now-a-days are desperate.. Have u not seen the posts that we have regarding all the crappy shares.. Ppl want to sell at 10% profit even.

And if we allowed to let them be creative, then many ppl will register and we can see "Keep an eye on XXXX, YYYY..., TTTT would go up, Bull run in XXX, etc.. kinda posts everyday.. There wont be any valuable post to read and make a decision. A lot of new comers may get lost in between and will hate the forum..

Rules are there, its everyone's duty to follow them. We cant possibly talk about coconut prices in an investment forum, if not for shares then what should we talk? But decipline is the key. Under the guise of exchanging the ideas, we dont let ppl fall in pray.. For that matter promotions are not allowed.
There are technical indications, patterns, earning, etc.. are there for stocks to rise.. Cant anyone find a simple possible reason that asking others to "keep an eye...." Geez...
