HHL had a silent run without notice of may
it went to 35.00 and came back... rest at 33.60 now

When you said

"Hemas took MORI.N" is mean it is already done. But there is no official announcement.

MORI was for sale for sometime. They did not get their asking price.

Thats why I asked whether it was a rumor or speculating.

HHL is a matured company. Nothing new to add to the growth. You cannot expect long uptrend.

a good part of their profits come from selling electricity at a very high price to the CEB. Already their expired contracts are not renewed and may not be. This could impact their profits. Please correct me if wrong

HHL is looking for growth through acquisitions since organic growth s limited
MORI could add substantial boost to their FMCG portfolio
