If someone is worried about TWOD then they won't be happy with Maloney's managing CIFL.

But for share price anythign can happen,

Maloney coming in no news to me. I would like to see the plan they have first.

Jana, do you still have your share from Rs 4-5. Hope your sold with the down trend or your average is closer to trading price.

Mr.Maloney appoint as chairman means, he is going to pump money to cifl. These days he is selling his twod shares massively via Taprobane . I also thinking cifl can give 100 percent return very soon.some times it can be 300 percent return. For the purchase a new finance licence from cb need 200 mn. Now cifl value is 218 mn. This price is worth massively.

I think CIFL cannot issue new shares with out a special resolution.
So how a new investor pump capital with out diluting the ownership.
There will be a special meeting announcement or these fellows will make a huge fixed deposit at a lower interest rate to recover from the liquidity crisis.

Is there any other method ?
I dont think

Letterhead say "Strength and integrity since 1966" do they have it now? Laughing

However, this news may lift the share a bit.. Somebody dumped around 13 million shares last time and hope Maloney had picked those up. If its our retailers, then its a retail rally we can expect.

Lets see how this goes on Monday. Didn't fall below 2.50 but at 2.50-2.60 some collection was witnessed.. Or was it a dumping? Question

He sold more than 20 million TWOD on that day so he can buy double of CIFL .. I thing already collection done.. now they announced ...

hopefully we couldn't see that much of selling pressure of CIFL ..So it will go further up. Very Happy

No doubt that this is a confidence booster for both TWOD and CIFL. So both stocks should fare well in coming days.

Aspic corporation, the holding co. of CIFL is not listed. As per the declaration, Meloneys have bought over the holding company too. More than one third of assets of CIFL lies with their flagship project, the Maharagama housing project. So in addition to the capital infusion, the success of the housing project is important for CIFL's performance in the near future.

Overall, short term traders are likely to smile... Laughing

Yes. Small. 13 mn share traded between 2.60 to 2.90 with in 0.30 cents. This means someone has droped & otherparty collected with a agreed range. After that each day 2mn around shares collected at 2.60. In my line at least 8-10 mn traded at 2.60. This has not fallen below 2.50. I think now 20 mn around shares traded at this 2.60 level. Cifl total issued qty is 66 mn. So this mean can not come down further below 2.3 or 2.50 level. News is open now. Can expect up trend soon.

Maloney moves looks so bleak. Someone who created one company internationally then shutdown international business later sold out own company by pump and dump deal.. Now got into another boat which is sinking in the middle of the sea. Share would probably go up..But who will trust him anymore??

sometimes it may not as we see it. my experience say both CIFL and TWOD counters become a play ground for traders.
As CIFL dump and collected, TWOD also dumped and collected.
If market keeps its healthy pathway we could anticipate some opportunities near future.
Anyway i dont have any trust with TWOD Very Happy
