When should a listed company submit its interim financial statements to the CSE? A: (i) If listed on the Main Board/ ‐ Within forty five (45) days from the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters and within two (2) months from the end of the 4th quarter. (i) If listed on the Diri Savi Board ‐ Interim Financial Statements should be prepared on a half‐yearly basis and made available within two (2) months from the end of the half‐year.
