very difficult to judge as many companies done pay regular dividends
among the most regular payees,

CTC, NEST & LLUB are the best
very common, all have large parent overseas shareholder, everything is paid out

@pathfinder, seems u have some fun. History is written somewhere. It is just a matter of finding it but u have to forcast the future. All answers that I got does not match with DY factor. All those shares are more expensive now.

NEST - Paying almost all earnings as dividends a the moment DY is around 3% at current price
LLUB - At the moment paying 50% of earnings, will increase upto 90% in 2015 once they shifted the plant to new location
UML - Paying good dividends regularly DY may be 10 % at the moment
CTC - Paying almost all earnings as dividends at the moment DY is around 4% at current price
JINS - They are regularly paying 1 rupee dividend. DY is 8% at current price
* It seems LLUB is the best to buy at current market - Not a recommendation this is my idea only
