The deal between HHL and MORI will add value to HHL. I think HHL has finalised everything for the transaction. They are doing field level inspections/visits as well to MORI dealers these days.

This will go through during couple of weeks or probably within this month. We can see a run for HHL shares if it happens.

Don't believe it for nothing. just check if u know couple of MORI dealers in the town. Talk to them and see.

Deal or no deal HHL is a good share to hold. still at ground levels.

Its true hemas is look for acquisitions for the growth, but i don't think they will pay extra ordinary premiums for the acquisitions

they have proven very careful in acquisitions
moreover, some of the acquisition didn't pay off them

I am looking to sell some of HHL i hold, as I bought it hoping it will move up after MORI acquisition. And it is going down in price.Wonder i should go ahead and buy some thing else.
