I sold @2.40 which is yesterday price .. (may be wrong decision) I don't like to sell under that ... Now I am trying to buy @ 2.30 or 2.20 but not sure..

everything depend on situation..

yesterday I mentioned we can do some trading with this I did .. if it is same price I sold and I think I can buy under this price ..

Or I placed buy order@2.00 and 2.10 as well early morning if it is filled I will sell with 10cts profit

I believe finance company like CIFL that touched the bottom price tag has good future if their new management has possessed at least 50% of required management skill.
Interest rate is going down, gold price is falling, lot of new development avenues to be open for example Katunayake highway and Kaduwela circular way.
Installation of another 300MW from Lakwijaya, Filled reservoirs level for more than a year - that saved and saving billion of Rupees.
So, there may be more investment opportunities coming up... in 1 years time CIFL will be in a good position...

How CDB (Ceylinco Development Bank) was and how it is now(Citizens Development Bank). Once when they couldnt refund deposits, they issued share certficates (before getting listed). then They came up with strong performance.and its a sustainable one .

All depends on quality management.
