They have already given a dividend in a way of capitalizaton. Some were very bullish on this due to its micro finance segment but 21% debenture issue caused many people to think twice and stay away.

There were much discussion on this share in this forum. Some were very optimistic this as a value share. But the share itself hasn't move yet. To my mind the company is not aggressive enough to make a good impact in the sector.
And also there's one thing that keep me away from this is their major share holders. To my eyes it is not strong enough. I don't know how to explain that.

If I am correct some time back they gave a strategic plan which they said their share price may go to 200.00 after given time which I can't exactly remember.

As seek mentioned they have to pay the debenture interest at very high rate, at the same time market interest rates started to come down, i feel there is a big mismatch on it now

Recently I went to there for a fixed deposit. Nothing is done professionally. First they told me I could take cash when withdrawing, when I went to withdraw they gave a check. I had wait a long time as the guy who signs it was missing in action. They have a bunch of school leavers, it was like a fish market in that place. I will never go there again and will never buy this share.

I have two fixed deposits with them. Both Deposits pay me interest monthly. Upto now they paid interest before due date(at least one day before due date). They allocate one representative for each depositer. If we need any kind of help they come to our house and do the needful.(ie collecting Tax declarations, issuing new fixed deposit forms etc). So I am very much satisfied with their service.
