Within 6 market days ( 16th of may 2013 to 27th of may 2013 ) this ran from 16.40 to 20.70 with huge buying quantities.

i have observed that NAV of the share is around 26/= and eps is 2.93/- ( according to 2012 annual report)

Is the movement because of the performance or is there anything going on ??

PS : I currently hold this share

The initial movement was because of the dividends, but this is a share that will move up due to its high NAV.
It has already grown by 50% in a week. as you say, but most brokers predict it will reach 1.5 PBV which is around 40.
May have to hold three months, until the real Bull begins to run.
It is a good share with great potential in the apartment business, and it owns the world trade center.
I noticed a huge collection going on today and a bit of profit taking also was happening.
I bought two weeks ago at 16.30 and sold today at 19.90, but later in the afternoon it reached 20.70.
I was really disappointed !!!

My stock advisor ( Asha Philip ) also tell me to hold on to this. But they do not say any target value.
