They have 5,041,680 shares. Directors Valuation is Rs Rs 140 Million.

Why should I when I have my own trusts?

With CBL I need the name of the top shareholder.

Their CBL Annual Report does not list the shareholders but I presume the largest shareholder is Mineka Wickramasingha (the Chairman) and his family. Total issued shares of CBL is 336 million. Their profit for last year (FY ending 31st March 2012) was Rs. 1,614,855,408 !!!!! Although there was a talk about them listing on CSE, seems very unlikely that they will do it.
