Seems some big players had entered in to this. Buying also minimum bid splits but big bid quantity. PCH has qualified for manipulating...

looks like someone is getting ready to dump around 1.40-1.50. Once the price band/circuit breaker was done away with at 1.50/1.60 it made look like running towards 2.00. So beware of the these dirty directors ( perhaps funeral directors)
