RESOLVED THAT for Every Eight shares held, one will be issued to all the shareholder of the company ( voting
and non voting) as at end of trading on 28th June 2010. No fractional shares to be issued.

It depends.. You can share with your known mate if you both together share a fraction, total of 10 shares. Get that 1 bonus and give a party at Galadhari...:p
