I also cannot understand his selections. Especially the resent decisions.  He cannot turnaround the companies.
Seems like he is fond of having lot of shares in front of his name. What is his age ?

About PC House , do they have freehold property in Colombo ?
If so, they should stop 85% of their core business,  pay all debts  and re start focusing the value of land and buildings they have. There is no value for them in Unity Plaza.
What about the building in Collupity ?

My Grandparents and he is from the same village in North.

I was born in 83 after the issues
