Is it correct for SEC to allow GREG warrants W003 and W006 to trade while 2012 warrants were not exercised even by the major shareholders Who owns more than 51% of the company and manage it.

Are those who are buying the warrants prepared to exerciser the warrants at Rs 36.00 and Rs 39.00 on 03.02.2014 and 03.02.2015. lol!

The greatest , "trait" that keeps most share alive is expectation that something good will happen in the future. This is true in real life also.

SEC's role as a market regulator may've raised investors eyebrows recently after witnessing a share price fluctuation in TWOD when the company is nearly in a winding up stage and directors fled with money. This action further put CIFL also in danger by not infusing capital as promised.

However, trading of warrants cannot be stopped before its expiration date. That's a fundamental right of investors that they able to buy/sell shares/warrants as they wish. Its, in other words, is an investors' choice. On the other hand, its the current trading price of a share and the reputation of the company that make the shareholders exercise their warrants. When GREG going at 13, there's no point paying anything above 11 to convert the warrants right? Its a foolish task for the company owners and minor shareholders too.

Can the C.S.E. allow the reduction of the warrant conversion price for W 3 and W 6 warrants from Rs 36/- and 39/- to a realistic level as the share price is around Rs 14/- otherwise the warrants would be worthless when it nears the conversion date

I don't think so!

The question is in my mind after knowing the current price and the conversion price still why people trade with this warrant?
