Market Red or Green opportunities will be there. People should try to do the business without much concern in the index.

Index do have much weight on hi caps which are more likely to go down or be in zigzag.

So far not so good Monday. Can November be a happening month as we expected is a question.

Patience grasshopper ( remember mater Po from Kungfu).

We small time retailers cannot push the market up individually.

So like most things in life which we have no control to say for sure whether November would be a green . It is more of a hope than sureity.

Traditionally, Nov and early Dec are dull market going by CSE history. But this Nov is different due to CHOGM etc. From past buying patterns and some facts we can only expect this Nov to be good. If Govn funds start buying or pushing along with some HNWI ( foregin buying is also there), trader mentality might shift to positive. Right now Traders are still on the fence.

In any market we can find trading opportunities. So if investming with patience is something one cannot do, then looking for the right trading opportunity is still there.

BTw, who know whether afternoon will be same as the morning. MArket is in a neutral state right now.

I don't think the Govt fund will buy in near future, may be they'll sell their stakes.

Its still okay if they sell to foreign funds at higher than present values.

Issue is still traders do not have a clear direction. The 50 point rates cut did have much of an effect ( yet) except the rise from 5600 to 5900 which happede prior to announcement.

To be frank, this market has too man shares that are undervalued to market and sector. Issue is funds are still not looking at them due to various issues and no one else is either. Only a selective few gets traded. not enough to create collective push.

Only time will tell abd we have to live with it. Doing trades are the only option now.

One thing, lot of us are upset that sept did not come, nov looks like not happening ( but far too early to tell) .

But we must remember, market cannot stay same for ever. Someday it has to go up over previous high. But when exactly , wish we have a "anduna" to predict.

Stock market can't be isolated from present socio- economic political environment

Some people of  this govt mismanaged the economy and  try to manipulate stock market.after 2009 they tried to manipulate for a" BORUSHO"
I think now  manipulate to prevent foreign sales and sell shares of good companies to foreigners to  solve short term Balance of payment problems

We can say next week or next month market will go up until problems of the economy are solved.

Who can do it ?

When  HE MR will understand this ?

You have  to wait until such time.

This my personal opinion which i am entitled

Any one can challenge  my opinion without personal level mud slinging

Today foreigners sold around 55,000 shares.

Amana Bank is going for an IPO in near future. (During this week may be they'll inform)
EXPO is holding 10% of AMANA Bank shares.

Don't concern more about indices are red or green. Buy good stocks which price has fallen. Overall we cant expect a big turnaround but there will some opportunities here and there with certain valued stocks.

Index controllers strategy these days is to kill the index in early trading and keep market red.
Result=Low volumes and trades.
Things should change soon.
