Dr. Senthilverl has bought 4,817,700 voting shares at SLR 2 per share. What could this mean? Anyway have to be very careful, this is a very small transaction compared to his transaction history. Comments welcome.

It will depends SEMB .N price
but look at the order book SEMB.N (2.00-2..10 sell nearly 11m )

YES...SEMB has the Possibility of moving up but no idea when & what price/Percentage...
The Reason for my guessing of such an upward movement is...with all the Banking sector institutions performed well in this 2011 Jan~March Quarter we are hopeful that SEMB will also improve their EPS at least 1%...then its an improvement hence on Last Oct~DEC Q report their EPS was 00.00...

but don't expect miracles of moving up, up & up on a day or two...CSE is not a casino...!

Highly unlikely. Last year they concluded a rights and warrants issue. About dividend, I highly doubt this. First they have to report a decent profit, Last quater EPS was 0. There is a chance that they might report better results in the forthcoming report.

After 2011 was there a rights issue or a bonus issue for SEMB?
And what is the price gap between N and the X?

Right issue in 2010 : Rs 0.8 for N , 0.6 for X
Warrants in 2011 : 1 for N , 0.8 for X

But don;t follow this gap. There was massive amount of new X shares added to the market due to the right issue.
They issued 23 shares for very 5 shares held at Rs 0.6. Meaning X shares 4 timed at Rs 0.6

N was more decent 6 shares for 7 held.

We now see the effect of such moves and why X is keeping a larger gap.
