Are we witnessing some sort of artificial pressure to down turn the market?
w.r.t growing of companies, Global conditions, foreign investments most of us expecting a steady growth from2013 Q2. But last few months market behavior is somewhat different to the conditions. many good companies perform awkward. Any thoughts?

Time to time CSE is a good place to invest your money.
The issue with most Sri Lankan investors/traders or retailers (whatever the name) is that, they are always looking for a scapegoat if any negative result occur from their investment.

I am not sure ........whether Srilankans lack in positive vision.

But, I'm sure...... vision of people is one thing , behavior of market is another thing.

For some brief periods , market may swing  according to collective vision of participants, but there are some things called economic fundamentals.
Ultimately markets and people have to face the reality.

Markets have always been like this. They will always be like this in future.
So we are the one's need to change and to be experienced.

BTW: I am experimenting a new 'stress free' trading method. It is called direction-less market neutral trading.
You will gain regardless of where market is heading.
Let me know if anyone is interested in exploring.

Weight of the wallet is the main factor for local investors who are considered/named as retailers. Regular exit is their preferred method they enjoy after satisfying with a smaller gain what someone looks at it as "poor vision". Mid to long term period is too far for them as the affordability is the main factor, other than the fear of loosing what they have. Also, more consumable products at discounted prices are attracted in forthcoming festive season, persuading many to have the liquidity. What to encourage is, higher percentage of participation into trading floor from upper middle class community, by building up the trust among them of the capital market.
