this is the collection time what ever said and done....reason there are millions of collection held at 4.50 to 5.00 level so have more trading opportunity........ cheers

hi ansar, directors are come and go, so not much special there. I was waiting a upturn due to that it was beaten hardly until 3.10, now here we got the turn Smile

Touchwood takes new turn

The beleaguered Touchwood Investments Plc is preparing to change its name as well for a round of jobcuts, reports say.

However, economic experts warn that the company is attempting to change the name as a tactic to deceive its investors.
Meanwhile, Touchwood PLC yesterday (Nov. 18) has informed the CSE that L.L. Kulatunga, the only chartered accountant at the company Director Board has resigned from his post.
The notification has cited that Mr. Kulatunga, who is 70 years of age, has resigned due to health reasons.
However, speaking to media, Touchwood PLC Chairman Lanka Vijendra Kiwlegedara has said that internal audits of the company are being conducted under a Finance Director.
The company is being run under dire financial conditions with its 64 member staff being paid only minimum salaries at the moment, Kiwlegedara has said.
The Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka is currently conducting a probe on the company.
