Prabath, I seriously doubt that the Schafters will sell their flagship. If it is so, it is big news. More explanation please.

One of the Top 20 share Holder already starts to sell their portion.
May be need to diversify their investment?
As Prabath said 31st Dec Interim will show the change.

Well, for at least Rishan, PCH had to be sold, but Schafters are not that stupid, aren't they?

But losing about 10% stake is not a big thing if they wanna venture out..

JINS is not on a sure footing especially on their re-insurance policies.
They are not settling their claims in full.
Their life business is facing problems.

JINS is performing ok. I don't think they have serious issues other than the fact that they have withdrawn a lot of profits from the firm.

Very generous dividends ...

It would be a good firm to buy if they are willing to sell
