How do to get the current sector PER ratios? anywhere to see those info.

go to cse website & under equity market there`s an icon with Sector wise market summary...
U`l get da latest details.....bt i got 1 problem dat IT sector PER given as 3544.
How could this b...if anybdy cn explain this.....

Your stock broker has a spread sheet which gives the EPS, PER, PBV etc etc of a few shares in each sectors. Some brokers have a spread sheet which covers all the companies. This is usually updated weekly (or in the not to so good brokerages monthly). You can ask for it.

That spread sheet will usually include the sector PE as well.

Thanks Tubal. Bt, normally my broker gives nothing. he doesn't share anything otherthan some useless review of the trading day.

I think you ought to change your broker then. It's not very difficult. The only catch is that you will not be able to trade for a day or two when the shares are transferred from one account to the other.

Yes, that's what im also looking at. Present one is very unprofessional and i dnt like. so planning move to Bartleet. Smile

Hi guys, I also having same problem with my agent (may be the broker company is the leading one in da CSE). I tried to transfer my account and one of my friends said it is not so easy and you've to pay commissions both broker companies when you transfer your protfolio. Is that true???
