As for my knowledge Muller & Phipps (Ceylon) PLC, through its subsidiaries, operates as a service agent representative in Sri Lanka for foreign pharmaceutical companies. It engages in the import, wholesale, and distribution of pharmaceutical products in Sri Lanka. The company was incorporated in 1964 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Muller &Phipps (Ceylon) PLC is a subsidiary of E. B. Creasy & Company PLC. It is also the holding company of Pettah Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd.

its major shareholders as at 30.09.2013
E.B.CREASY & COMPANY PLC and Dr.Senthilverl

Why is the management not taking any action to promote this company and bring the trades back to life ?
also what is going on with the capital restructuring process announced some time back ?

Right now whole CFLB/EBCR/LCEY group is silent. Last quarter results were shocking which may partly be due to restructuring.

This group has some transparency issues. Once the group share prices move, Mull also will move.
