I have a good feeling it will regain it's past glory under Adam investments. But yes Rishan should have stuck to his " privately " owned computer business. Not all businessmen are cut out to play the PLC song and dance .

What i gleaned from the info I got

OGL was already a dying Company. Few people helped Finco to take it public as its tax holiday ended.and the same people used Rishan to buy the major stake.

Those people profited out from the takeover buzz, then involved in the Board, then vanished, leaving Rishan to take the brunt.

On the other hand Rishan thought hes the only smart guy in Sri Lanka, and can fool the public.He joined with those crooks, his greediness is the state today PCH in. He actively involved with these guys to manipulate stocks like Greg W, Mara ect. his name appeared in the top 20 list. and taking his crap companies public. PCP.PCH.PCHH. Good that he learned his lesson. otherwise he would have taken all his dormant and dead companies public

I dont know about ADAMs capability. But I know to survive in garments you need a good marketing strategy and strategic alliance with big brands. ADAMS also filling its capacity like low margin brands TESCO

OGL needs big investment to turnaround mainly in Fixed Assets.most of the assets are beyond its useful life. I believe they have to go for a rights issue or pump in money by other means.
