Can authorities limit foreign selling only among foreigners

otherwise this will be a big BOP problem in the future

Again i say Even the Central Bank Governor can"t play the pool
with price mechanism

Other counters have given reasonable support today as otherwise JKH, COMB would have made a dark red day...

Problem is we don't know how much more selling of JKH will happen and what price. Logic says who ever might not sell much below Rs 220 ( Janus bought JKH at around Rs 190 before the right issue. Also rights were at Rs 175. So if they want to exit lower they can which is a concern).

Technically JKH is nearing oversold.

But there are some positives today amongst the negatives.

GOVT has to give a clear indication about the Casino issue. This has some negative impact for sure. Longer this drags on it will fuel negative thinking. Also JKH has not progressed much on the discussion of finding a casino license partner. May be GOVT signal is needed for someone to commit. Thinking reasonably how can we expect the share price and warrants to perform under current scenario rather than expectation of things will happen to plan.

Going by all logic I think this is pretty much a sealed deal. It will effect country fortunes also big time and JKH would not logically take such a big risk.

But you are right, dragging this issue is creating doubts in mind and negative sentiments.

But think there is a political game to play which needs time with internal objections.
