As this is cat B finance company this has to merge with someone.

But what sort of value we can determine because of the negative NAV?

Same thing applies to TFC also.

The last quarter was the turning point. Even before that it was overvalued for me.
But I'm sure that this company will not be allowed to collapse, given the reputation of the parent
