Loss for 9 months 396 Mn, if we removed the one of gain from the FV gain on the loss of control on Chemcel, it will be around 853 Mn, for 9 months.

Rs. 2.96 Bn received subsequently from the Govt, they can save approx 240 Mn interest for the year, future supplies to the govt?

Based on these what will be the adjust price for this share?

CIC is under a major restructure program with the resignation of it's chairman. They will concentrate more on their core business and but not surprisingly exit from fertilizer business.
I personally know there have been few unthinkable shortcomings in their basic internal control systems which have cost them too.
(I'm sorry I can't elaborate more on this)

I am also studying this company /stock for some time, but it seems there is not much hope for the future.

They are divesting paint business , Link Natural is incurring losses , heavy borrowings, large outstanding from Govt, even after part settlement, No coherent strategy, only reassuring words , etc, etc. .
If someone is still holding , from 2013 HIGHs, time to seriously consider .

I think Link Natural is in -Consumer and Pharmaceutical- segment. Turnover 4.1 billion. Segment result - loss of 411 million , that is even before financial cost !

These ....shortcomings with internal controlling systems ...( you have mentioned ), are those with Link Natural or the Group ?

I also was familiar with Link Natural operations, senior people ,upto about year 2000, not much knowledge thereafter. As I see, they have not introduced new products or expanded markets for last 10-15 years.

It is in the group. They have introduced quite a few products. Samahan balm,Hair care cool,cosmetic range...Sudantha doing fine these days. By the way who are the senior people you know there??
