Why does HVA late?

Most of the counters showed their colors in last month. But HVA didn't show any move. Still 9.60.
Any special reason? I have some lot. And try to collect between 9.00 -10.00. Dear friends your valuable idea is appreciated.

hva this years profits seems better than last. can expect a divident of atleast 40 cent.
double than last time.
this share is good for trade and low risk.
