Taprobane holdings held 28.91% of GREG ,Now they bought 15 % GREG with Capital Trust Partners.

TAPROBANE Now holding GREG 28.91 % + 15 % = 43.90 % but takeover announcement still not come what happen???

another thing GREG work good , may be they will success the GREG.W0006 !!!???

As per the 31st DEC 2013 accounts the list of main shareholders of Greg and their warrants are as follows:-

List of main shareholders are as follows

Taprobane Holdings 28.91%
Caledonian Securities 27.72%
Capital Trust 14.64%

List of 2015 main warrant holders are as follows:
Caledonian Securities 71.65%
Lionhart 19.67%

In this scenario I doubt whether a decision will be taken before the date of expiry of the 2015 warrants.
The 2015 warrants would suffer the same fate as the 2014 ,and 2013 warrants as there may not be any takers at a price much higher than the traded price.
