At the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) session that held to appoint new President few weeks ago Chairperson of LOLC group Rohini Nanayakkara has been informing cokctail circles that Commercial Leasing and Finance PLC may be delisted soon and will be merged with LOLC Micro Credit and another Lanka Orix Finance PLC.

Thus forming a strong financial institute.

CLC's public is currently less than 1% although a listed entity in Colombo Stock Exchange.
