How is the background of this company??
will this trade good while the current situation on the market???

yes.. I am also waiting to know the share price. mean time i saw they have given 9.692,144 shares for the existing share holders for the 10 rupees on 31st December 2010. Same like EXPO Lanka.. Hope they have issue share price close to 10 Rupees

Please note there is no ipo. You have to buy it from the market.

Short note on Introduction :-
What is an 'Introduction'? Can I buy shares from an Introduction?
Introduction is different from an IPO although it is another method of entering the share market. Here the already issued shares of the company would be listed on the stock exchange. You cannot buy shares because shares are not offered to the public. But the company will issue an Introductory Document which you can obtain from your broker and if you are interested in the company you can buy shares in the secondary market.

Sri lanka population = 20 million

Financial institutes in Sri Lanka = 20 million + 1.

I hope ( just a dream) all this mini financial units will bankrupt soon for the sake of country.

i think there will be sellers for commercial credit,rather than SFCL......at least they issued a document(SFCL didn't issue a introductory document).........
if less sellers,we may see a rocket price in opening day..........(may be) Wink
