172 million lost or misplaced, just like how 10,000 members were lost or misplaced in SLEF after SIRA took over.

this episode is something fishy.
why did they take such a long time to find it?170 mil is not a small amount to go missing un noticed.
why the director board brought this to the notice of cse and public so quickly after finding it? are they really genuine gentlemen to reveal everything to public risking many things? is it true transparency or any other trick?
why price moved up with the story?
who disposed and who bought shares last few days?
I did not see directors dealing notices in recent times.

I think even after correction NAV will beabove Rs 2/=

It will not effect much to present price of Rs 2.00 to Rs 2.30

in my view, they knew this from the beginning, you are correct why did the price move up.... the auditors are to be blamed and son must go in for a extra ordinary meeting Rolling Eyes

and put all details on the table before the public share holder.

it is good for the company and shareholders if they come with genuine financial information.in that way I appreciate the effort of the company. usually companies do not publicize this kind of things and try to solve or cover up internally.it is rather dangerous if companies provide fake financials like recently busted companies .
