TAPPERS saying GREGGERS is worth only 11 rupees.
So Greggers become beggers and warrants are worth zero these days.

look like major share holder is not selling it shares at this price. nv in last qauter result is around 21.51. caladonian still control the warrents. are they ready to sell the normal and warrents.

This is the risk of buying warrants. Warrants can be piece of paper if share price is below the option to buy price. Risk can be minimized by investing in the shares instead of warrants.

This is a good learning for future Warrant Holders!!

warrant holder is control of this company. this is the only company has more warrants the ordinary shares. if warrant holder convert share even after mandatory offer company ownership can changes.

If someone buy all the warrants in the market and convert them to shares, How much will it cost and what % you will they eventually own?
This will be very easy Takeover Proposition to a potential investor.

TAP don't have the effective control and im doubt whether they could acquire it. TAP have to make sure that warrants dont get subscribed.

Also treade in previous months from 14rs to 12rs was mainly contributed by CT trades, also in W6.

So they will try their best to grab much as they can at these levels to acquire the control.

pls understand they don't need to convert all the warrant only wanted amount can convert and others will expire. still they can control
