Q4 EPS down slightly comparing to q3 .but Annual EPS is over 9 .Comparing to 2013 eps has increased more than 80% . Share price will adjust slowly.Rs50 is the short term target .

Even without the tax increase results not impressive. Surprising indeed. Bit worried about other results to come.

Still P/E ratio is 4.83 and fundamentaly a good good share. But huge expectations drag the price little bit and when people realize the value price will move again in near future.

The income tax is bit confusing. Last year when the PBIT was 2.99 billion then income tax was 81 million. Current year when the PBIT is 5.76 billion then income tax is 948 million.

The PBIT is doubled and the tax has increased by 10 times. The profit was reduced only because of this. I feel something is wrong in tax computation.

I think Lioc still good share. EPS around 9.0 , P/E 4.8
business is not one quarter. we cannot say looking at this quarter this is bad share.

still it make 1.36 for this quarter. assume next four quarter if they perform same way.
1.36*4=5.44
current price 43.5
if it happen in that case also P/E ratio is around 8.00

dont forget Market P/E 14.5
Sector P/E 14

JKH P/E 235/13 = around 18(approx)

Lioc will lose momentum. I think Lioc will come back 40. at that time company will declare Dividend. then it ill settle around 40-45 level until release next quarter performance.
Lioc holding more than 5.5B cash. e can expect 1.5-2.00 Rupees Dividend.

Market conditions will matter no doubt but in a depressed market a share that's doing well won't rise as much, but a share that's doing bad will be hit significantly. in a bull market a bad share drop won't be drastic but movement up will be significant. dividend announcement will definitely bolster sentiment, however q and q growth is necessary for LIOC to sustain upward movement.

Listed companies cannot make higher profit almost all quarters. Companies can make either losses or decreased profits in few quarters due to short term reasons. That doesn’t means that they are going to bankrupt. Some of these businesses have long term value. Some industries may have some short term issues. Once they start to make profit in a favourable industry situation and when they become turnaround companies everybody will chase them. One time LIOC was an out of Favour Company and traded below Rs.20. There are out of favour companies in the market. They will become favourable companies once they started to make attractive profits and when they expand their businesses further from second half of this year.
