Not only Those entire finace and Banking counters will be tested specially with the mergers and low interest environment.Last quarter results are encouraging.

I remember Aubrey, we were discussing two counters mainly TFIL & COCR when they in 10-12 levels.

Glad people had faith on the 2 counters.

Finance sector look at the counters that are trading at low pe dividend paying as well. But look at the outcome once the consolidation takes place as well. for example a good Finance company that takes over a bad one might have negative results in the next few months and vice versa . Look carefully Wink

Other side is also true. The bad ones get the upper hand the concern is how they negotiate the price.

Why TFC attarcive? This company all figures are negative.. I don't think this good company.. this is very risky shares.

Yes Assets value are 18Bn.. but liabilities are 26Bn. And retained losses are 14Bn. Then i think they can't deliver divident after long time.. also company net asset per share rs( 51) negativie. 4 bn invesment not enough..

Rs6b from credit insurance scheme, Rs 4b from ?malasian investor and this will resolve liquidity crisis and Rs10b cash available for the business.

Not only the Physical asset the intangible assets will also play crucial tole. How about theirs work force? Are they capable of competing with other employees of leading finance companies?
