Market needs few dips before rising to next level in a pragmatic approach. Timing factor is difficult to determine ( may be shorter or longer) as it depends on the interest of investors at the end of the day. However, it seems now, market is attracted by newcomers other than thriving regular group indicating a new rush in buying & selling pattern. With the advent of new IPOs at a reasonable value, competitive approach in grabbing such counters are visible which drive the market at phenomenal speed.
