This share is not liquid (Public Shareholding = 1.57%)

So, as a value investor, what do I see?
Negatives:
Loss making company
Latest NAV = Rs 45.02 (Last traded price = Rs 335)
Negative operating cash flow
No sign of turnaround
Positives
Question

This is another good lesson for those who follows illiquid shares with no fundamentals. In the morning it was ALUF. Now ASHA.

@Antonym, if you are a medium term or long term investor you should worry about EPS and NAV. But these illiquid shares are chased by gamblers. So, they don't worry about EPS and NAV.

Now two companies, namely ASHA & ALUF have released announcements recently. ASHA has ceased its operation & leased its properties to SL army. ALUF has announced its plight. My concern is the fate of the present shareholders of these two companies. What is legal support they would have ?

Are there any more such companies listed in CSE currently ?

Now I got just 200 ASHA @ 309 level .. I placed sell @ 380/= but I couldn't .. any way I thing I can quit without loss... will see..
