SFL is desperate looking for partners! (I don't know ow to describe it in the Sri Lankan way). I guess it's the optimism of the owners who think it is worth over Rs300/=. When you are too optimistic you will never be satisfied. I am not suprised if SFL shares changed hands at Rs 150/=

This simply worth more than 200 if you value its FCF.

Ask KPMG ...

Hi QB, its my final year now Smile Being a moderator not a matter if can add something to the public awareness, i was even a co-admin before i handed it over to the siriranga for his enormous dedication to the forum.

Sadly your new management wasted the old people who build the forum upto this level.

You know, i still have the conversations i had with you in early days. Smile Remember CDIC, PALM, AAIC ?

Well you can go on mentioning big finance companies till the list is exhausted.
The problem here is someone is trying to push the price of SFL higher. May be they eventually will merge. Anyway, SFL is a good company on its own standing!

Hi all, As i told before, there was a pending takeover at 175Rs. But the deal wasnt finalised at that time. As per info there is no merge proposal from ARPI, but there is a pending buying order from a foreigner and a local bank who relate to the biggest shareholder. The price would be over 175 for sure since last quote was given at 175.
