I know YORK really well.One of my favorite shares.I have a exit target for this.Till then I'll wait.

yep..  i too do admit..

 yesterday even sellers were there even at 14.80 .  to day there came a big buy order of 100,00 like..  so it is going to be pressure up

 when considering york , it is having the building may be constructed on 1980s whis is on a land leased for them by CFLB.   that 30 yr lease is going to be over at 2015 or 2016 as i remember.  and the chairmen has highlighted the importance and their willingness to make some renovations in their building.

and this share has given both dividend profit and market gain ... as said previously by Danu.

its CMP is going high with fluctuations.  it will run a little and come down ..  but will not touch the previous bottom.  when its close to that bottom it attract collectors intention .  so it moves up..   this time may run to 16.50 and come down..  

we ll see..
