We must urge the liquidator to allow trading of this share provided that all investors are aware of the current status of the company.

Who knows another ADAM brother may come and rescue the company by pumping lot of black money!

How could a company under liquidation be allowed to trade?

Isn't that both abnormal and absurd?

If Liquidator could file its account as required by the CSE listing regulations and such information is properly disseminated to the investor public, then I do not see any problem for CSE or SEC to allow trading of Touchwood Shares.

By doing this you are allowing the risk taker to come in whilst risk averse investors may exit. Would you know how much would be the final value that would be left to the shareholders after liquidation. Share price would be the speculation of that value?

I don't see anything wrong in this and the topic is open for debate.
