what do you mean by GVT candidate??? there were rumors that a politician is behind this.. are you hinting it???

any way settling depositors or paying int. is not a big deal if this is merged. most of depositors will settle down if a positive signal is given with a proper merging partner.

I thinj this is a gud share to invest with the current situation.
