BFL & GRAN are good stocks. Try to reduce the average price of BFL, will wish better Q reports from BFL if BFL produce better profits then TAFL also release better reports that means GRAN will also go up.

I didnt study about other stocks on your protfolio. This is what I do if I hold BFL & GRAN on my protfolio at these prices.

get rid of GREG & REEF
average BFL & GRAN
buy some good shares like OSEA, DIMO, HHL (only after your own proper research and analysis)
I also lost my hard earned money in TWOD, PCH, HVA, sfs etc... initially. But then sold all those craps for much lower price and then bought good fundamentals like JKH, HHL, GLAS etc... Now I recovered my loss

ok. let me give my 50 cents , if i had this portfolio.

1. The loss is too much for me to exit from these. so i would hold on for them to till i meet my price (patience is what you need)

2. re-think on my investment strategy. don't be too much greedy. never fall in love with stocks. buy fundamentally good stock.

3. if i had money, i would start building another portfolio. avoiding the mistakes you have done previously.

Nevermind old days. I think these stocks will not go down further. I would buy more from grain and bairah to reduce the average and wait.

if you can hold on wait a few more and average your Chicken stock. I pumped some money into AAF bought huge quantity at 1.80 I'm confident this will rise to over Rs. 2 . I can hold. similarly if u can hold don't panic and average. but look at counters like tyre, tkyo as well. GL

There is no such thing as "loss is too much to exit so hold on". Its always good to get into a proper stock. You have bought bad shares. This is what I have been warning investors on this website about. SELL these shares. BUY TKYO TKYO X HHL LIOC. Wait for a month and hopefully you will have money back.

Hey bro, 1st of all you need to review your investment strategy before you do any further investments. Ask yourself on which basis you bought these stocks ?  I notice that you've bought some on top.
However, now you want to manage the loss and the risk of further loss. I studied your portfolio and this's my opinion;

GRAN: Sell @ 48 -50 and accept the small loss. Or colse half position @ 48. (Then you may have to hold the rest for next 6-12 month period and close at break-even.

REEF: Hold and close on breakeven. This may hit 25 on this year. (Support 16)

GREG: Hold this greg at a bottom. Having a possibilty to hit 15 -16 this year. Then close. However, if this break 10, better to exit, before make further loss.

BFL: Hold BFL, dont sell. Current price is good for entry. Try to reduce avg price around or below 200. At new year season (december) they get a good profit and normally their March quarter statement hit the market. So, 2015 March results may better. So, collect at lower prices and try to sell it next year March -April at a small proift. Dont sell at a loss, after you collect more.

These are my personal view on your portfolio. If you sell this total portfolio at this loss, it may take another 2yrs to recover your losses.Take more ideas from experts and and try to manage this...

This is my personal thinking,

1) Sell your GREG Qty, There you can get about 105K cash in account.

2) Use that 105K to Purchase GRAN from 45.50 and get your average down to Rs. 51.50/-. There will be good demand for chicken in upcoming season, So I hope that GRAN price would increase in near future.

3) Sell Your GRAN at break even price and you will around 145K cash with that average REEF at current price and keep till it goes.

If you are agree to this, Tell me after you finished these 3 steps. Definitely we can help you.

Ayyo I used up my advice quota on a shoe shine boy yesterday. This shoe shine boy couldn't understand a declining EPS trend and was unable to accept criticism about the shares he owned. Usual case of givining big big talks about the shares in his portfolio and usual case of shoe shine boys trying to shut down negative comments and keep things positive.

Tomorrow my advice quota will be back so can give advise on rights issues and palming.
