As per today daily report, Expo foreign holding is 625,364,269.
But as per their financials SG holdings hold 1,005,349,680

Does this mean Daily report is unrealiable?

On 09 May 2014, SG Holdings Global Pte Ltd purchased 586,474,500 ordinary shares constituting approximately 30% stake of Expolanka Holdings PLC at a price of Rs 10/70 per share triggering a mandatory offer. On 18 June 2014 the mandatory offer was completed with SG Holdings acquiring a further 418,875,180 shares consisting of 21.43 % stake on Expolanka Holdings PLC. Thereby as at 30 June 2014 SG Holdings Global Pte Ltd held 51.43% stake of Expolanka Holdings PLC.

I think CSE data is not reflecting/not up-to date with the shares changed hands due to the mandatory offer.

Yesterday this mis-information has been corrected. Possibly after seeing this post.

This means CSE doesn't have a mechanism to capture the foreign holding through CDS. Or they don't care. Or they like to keep the masses in the dark.
