How can i get to know whether a company pays us dividends and how often and how much will we earn per share.....
I am not going to earn money just by dividends...
I only want to know how it works

is their a place find dividend giving company list for future ,
is there any list or time frame to give dividends

It actually depends on the company. Companies can pay dividends quarterly, bi-annually or annually.

In general, older and more established companies are those that pay dividends. This is because they are not in high-growth mode and therefore do not need to reinvest all their earnings into the company to fund future growth. This is not to say that investors cannot find newer companies that pay dividends because these definitely exist, especially in the hot market sectors.

Its what each company will decide, if they wish to!

I personally feel normally companies declare dividend, when the major shareholders need the money, but i found generally LLUB, NEST, CTC, JKH used to pay dividends on regular basis

Also in general most of the matured banks and finance companies pays dividends ( ex: COMB,HNB,SAMP, NTB, DFCC etc)
