PAP agm is on the 19th of this month. But not sure of a 20 cents dividend...or any dividend for that matter.... though no dividend means it will be the change of trend from last 3/4 years...

Anyway, this is not a company that is starting from sketch.
The infrastructure has already been built and tested.
profits have already been taken not just 1 year... several years dividend dec.

company reputation may down with few directors resignations, take overs, lack of rain etc etc.

The rain will come down.
The more potential directors may eye on to the company
When there is couple of big investors, enough rain etc etc
sentiment can be changed.

Most importantly, I think this is a good share if you invest long term because it has not gone up.

if you need money to grow like mushrooms, there are other shares today.....!
