ARPI sold Alfinco insurance brokers for a thumping capital gain of Rs.165Mn.

This will increase the NAV from 91 to 113.

Alliance Finance is taking over their assets. And ARPI is cleaning their balance sheet for the sale.

What will be the selling price should be 170 or more.

initially i thought 162-170.
